Washington State Revising Continuing Education Requirements Rules

The Washington State Department of Health has been working on a draft of rule language revisions regarding clarification of the respiratory care practitioner continuing education requirements.

This draft incorporates input received from all participating interested persons and the DOH Program Manager is now soliciting for public comments and suggestions.
On the draft, text identified for possible deletion is in red with strikethroughs; text identified for possible addition is blue with underlines. Please provide comments to Susan Gragg on the working draft document by April 15, 2015. Comments can be made either by email, by fax to 360-236-2901, or in writing to the PO Box address below.
In addition, The DOH is asking you to save the date of July 10, 2015. They anticipate this to be a possible rule hearing date on this rule project. Again, please watch for updates as this date may change.
