LUNG FORCE Walk - Seattle

Please join or donate to the RCSW LUNG FORCE Team, Respiratory Therapist Rock!, and help us raise funds to support the fight against lung cancer. With your participation and help, our LUNG FORCE Walk will make a difference in lives that desperately need it.
Lung cancer is increasing among women, affecting our mothers, daughters, sisters and loved ones across all races and ethnicities. Yet, for most women, it’s not even on their radar as a potential risk. The LUNG FORCE Walk is raising awareness and funds to help those impacted by lung cancer and other lung diseases, including asthma and COPD. Our Walk features LUNG FORCE Heroes and their families, a LUNG FORCE Action Passport to interactive education areas, fun games and activities, and inspiring stories of hope. So, join with us as we share our voices and rally our friends, neighbors and colleagues to join the fight against lung cancer—and for lung health.
Funds raised will support research, advocacy, education and awareness for those impacted by lung disease. With your help, the dollars raised can help researchers develop better early detection methods, treatments and ultimately, cures.

LUNG FORCE Spirit Poms
All participants will receive a LUNG Force Honor Ribbon or Spirit Pom to carry and wave on Walk day. Honor Ribbons and Spirit Poms represent loved ones who are currently struggling with or have lost their battle with lung disease, and all those affected by lung disease.
LUNG FORCE Leaders
Fundraising participants who raise $500 or more will be honored as LUNG FORCE Leaders! Leaders receive special benefits on Walk day, including an invitation to the LUNG FORCE Leaders area, which includes fun event day treats and prizes.
In addition to special recognition on walk day, Leaders are acknowledged pre-event and post-event. In addition to highlighting our LUNG FORCE Leaders on the event website, Leaders will receive special LUNG FORCE Walk Kickoff party and Thank You party recognition, mentions in social media posts and additional benefits throughout the year. LUNG FORCE Heroes
LUNG FORCE Heroes are patients, caregivers, family and friends of those who have lung disease and healthcare providers—anyone whose life has been impacted by lung cancer or another lung disease. Heroes are willing to share their story and help put a face to lung disease. Heroes may also be asked to speak at the LUNG FORCE Walk Kickoff, Corporate Recruitment Event and/or on Walk day.

All participants who raise $150 or more qualify for our great LUNG FORCE Walk Incentives. Check them out today! You’ll receive fundraising tools and tips to help you reach your goals and support those with lung disease. And your dollars go where they’re needed: for research, education and advocacy to defeat lung cancer and other lung diseases.
