Please join us in congratulating Dave Crotwell and Carl Hinkson. Dave Crotwell, RRTNPS, received the Philips Respironics Fellowship in Noninvasive Ventilation and was inducted as a Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (FAARC). Carl Hinkson, RRT, received the Adult Acute Care Specialty Practitioner of the Year award, the William F. Miller, the MD Postgraduate Education Recognition Scholarship, and also was inducted as a fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (FAARC).
In addition, Rob DiBlasi and Louis Biotano gave lectures. Rob DiBlasi, Dave Crotwell, Carl Hinkson, Jim Fielder, Kevin Cleary, and Highline Respiratory Care student Tara Mahaffey also presented research abstracts at the AARC Open Forum.
Washington State continues to be well represented at the national level.
